It’s been interesting to discover the background and ethos to Wikis, but what valid alternatives are out there for fostering collaborative writing? Any ideas welcome.

for instance in order to write scientific papers in collaboration there a lot of alternatives to write on-line LateX documents in real-time collaboration with other. Overleaf is one among many.
